What

Personal Training sessions take place from my studio on Queens Drive. 1 session is a great choice for those looking to learn and practice weightlifting form, have questions answered surrounding strength training, improving endurance or training for weightloss. It is also good for booking 2 - 7 sessions on a payg basis. 8 or 16 sessions are designed to take place over 1 or 2 months at two sessions a week. They follow a structured plan that I have put together based on what you're looking to achieve :)

When

Book your first session online and if you're looking for a package, you and I will scheduled those in person / via email on mutual availability.

Where

Sessions are held at 158 Queens Drive however on drier days the surrounding green spaces or any outdoor facilities can be used. If you are in a position to sign me into your gym we can discuss that too.
