Service Description
8 or 16 sessions total with 2 per week. I will begin by establishing what your goal is; building muscle, improving endurance or weight loss. I will then design a plan that we will follow for two sessions a week for 1 or 2 months, to work towards achieving that goal. When you book a monthly package the sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability Monday - Friday but with scope for Saturday, too.
Cancellation Policy
To Cancel or Reschedule, please allow 24hrs notice and notify Catriona at treatandcompete@icloud.com Please then rebook online at treatandcompete.com In addition to this, Catriona does not accept swapping appointments, under any circumstance. Payments will not be refunded with less than 24hrs notice & you will receive an invoice for the amount for missed appointment. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
